In the professional hair care industry, the efficacy of liquid formulations—such as keratin therapies, nourishing botanical oils, and clinical scalp serums—is deeply dependent on the applicator mechanism. Without high-precision delivery vectors, premium treatments cannot bypass the cuticle layer or reach the target dermal papilla cells effectively.
Since 1991, Jiasheng Industrial Co., Ltd. has resolved this core operational challenge through material innovation. Originally founded as a pioneering manufacturer of high-performance synthetic filaments, we have evolved to integrate scientific bristle manufacturing with downstream engineering. We produce advanced hair brushes, specialized scalp massage applicators, and eco-friendly delivery components that guarantee uniform dispersion, minimize friction, and maximize structural nutrient uptake.
Shenzhen Jiasheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1991. At the beginning of our establishment, we mainly produced synthetic filaments, which were widely used in hair brushes, toothbrushes, makeup brushes, false eyelashes, and other fields. After years of dedicated research and development, we have accumulated rich experience in the performance of filaments and the development and application of new materials.
Because we want to get closer to consumers and understand the market needs in depth so that materials can be used more widely, in 2008 we joined forces with downstream manufacturers to start the production of hair brushes, toothbrushes, makeup brushes, and finished false eyelashes.
As plastics pollute the environment increasingly, we are also looking for ways to continuously improve the service life of our products and continue to increase the use of recyclable, degradable, and other environmentally friendly materials.
Learn More About Our OperationsBy utilizing advanced automation, proximity to raw chemical components, and a robust domestic supply chain, Jiasheng achieves unmatched product quality and cost management.
We integrate the production of materials and finished products so that we can better control quality, cost, and production efficiency, and more easily achieve innovation and application.
Our engineering labs actively work with plant-based PLA, natural bamboo, biodegradable polymers, and recycled nylon to design circular economy beauty and health products.
From handle ergonomics, custom density bristles, anti-microbial treatments, to multi-tier packaging—our design center conforms products to precise brand identities.
Different cosmetic solutions require specific chemical properties in the brush filaments. For instance, high-temperature blowouts combined with intensive keratin treatments require Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) bristles due to their exceptional heat stability, chemical resistance, and recovery properties.
Conversely, delicate scalp therapies require ultra-soft Nylon 612 filaments. Nylon 612 features extremely low moisture absorption properties, ensuring that water-based hair treatments are not pulled out of the fiber structure. The tips of the filaments are rounded using high-speed mechanical polishing tools, ensuring they gently stimulate blood flow without scraping the scalp or fracturing the hair cuticles.
We provide deep, multi-level customization options across three distinct product categories, ensuring your brand stands out in styling, makeup, and personal hygiene sectors.
By combining physical filament extrusion with downstream brush modeling, we eliminate secondary assembly logistics, ensuring structural integrity and cost-saving advantages.
In response to the global pressure to reduce plastic footprint, our R&D lab is continually researching eco-friendly substrates. We utilize natural cork composites, FSC-certified forest wood, biodegradable bamboo filaments, and PLA blends to manufacture brushes that naturally decompose under standard industrial composting parameters.

To protect our global enterprise client base from shifting geopolitical tariffs and global shipping delays, Jiasheng began construction of brand-new production hubs in Vietnam and Thailand in 2024.
These locations mirror our domestic Shenzhen capabilities, utilizing identical high-speed extrusion lines and dust-free assembly spaces. By shipping finished goods directly from Southeast Asia, clients reduce exposure to trade barriers and optimize import costs for European, North American, and East Asian markets.

PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) is ideal for heat-resistance and chemical resistance, whereas Nylon 612 is preferred for low moisture absorption, ensuring that water-based hair treatments are not pulled out of the fiber structure.
All our raw materials undergo strict testing. We work with certifying bodies to verify that our biodegradable bamboo, cork, and plant-based filaments meet REACH, RoHS, and FDA food-grade regulations.
Our upcoming Thailand and Vietnam locations bypass key trade tariffs, allowing North American and European clients to import items with minimized import taxes and enhanced freight security.
Custom-molded tools and special filament configurations typically require an MOQ starting at 5,000 units. This allows us to optimize CNC tooling, tooling configuration, and production calibration.
