Denmark stands at the forefront of the global "Green Transition." In the realm of Accessories & Materials Suppliers & Factories, the Danish market is not merely looking for vendors; they are seeking strategic partners who align with the Circular Economy. From the pharmaceutical clusters in Copenhagen to the industrial manufacturing hubs in Jutland, the demand for high-performance, eco-friendly synthetic materials is surging.
At Jiasheng Industrial, we recognize that the Danish industry requires more than just raw filaments. They require Information Gainβthe integration of material science with ergonomic design. Our mission is to bridge the gap between global manufacturing efficiency and the sophisticated requirements of Nordic industrial standards.
Shenzhen Jiasheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1991. At the beginning of its establishment, we mainly produced synthetic filaments, which were widely used in hair brushes, toothbrushes, makeup brushes, false eyelashes and other fields. After years of research and development, we have accumulated rich experience in the performance of filaments and the development and application of new materials.
Because we want to get closer to consumers and understand the market needs in depth so that materials can be used more widely, in 2008 we joined forces with downstream manufacturers to start the production of hair brushes, toothbrushes, makeup brushes, and finished false eyelashes.
As plastics pollute the environment increasingly, we are also looking for ways to continuously improve the service life of our products and continue to increase the use of recyclable, degradable and other environmentally friendly materials. In response to the impact of global geopolitical uncertainties and trade barriers, we have begun preparing to build production bases in Thailand and Vietnam in 2024.
Collaborate With UsThe global shift towards PA610 and PA612 (derived from castor oil) is a direct response to carbon reduction mandates. For Danish factories, integrating these materials reduces the "Environmental Product Declaration" (EPD) footprint, a critical factor for EU market entry.
Predictive modeling of filament wear and heat resistance is becoming standard. Our R&D uses data-driven approaches to ensure that tapered filaments maintain their structural integrity longer than traditional extruded plastics.
From specialized filaments for cleaning Danish wind turbine blades to ultra-soft materials for the Nordic cosmetics industry, the "one-size-fits-all" era is over. Customization is the new baseline.
Since our establishment, we have always prioritized investment in research and development, and have continuously tried innovative processes and cutting-edge materials to improve quality and efficiency. We have always regarded it as our responsibility to provide better quality products and minimize carbon emissions and reduce plastic pollution, constantly trying the application and substitution of environmentally friendly materials.
We integrated the production of materials and finished products so that we can better control quality, cost and production efficiency, and more easily achieve innovation and application. In response to environmental sustainability, we continue to explore the application of recycling and biodegradable materials.

High-end Boar Bristle Walnut Wood Beard Brushes for the burgeoning boutique barbershop scene in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
PA66 and PA46 filaments designed for high-heat industrial cleaning in Danish food processing plants.
PA610 and PA612 are partially bio-based, derived from renewable resources like castor oil. They offer superior moisture resistance compared to standard PA6, making them perfect for the humid industrial environments often found in Denmark's maritime and food industries.
By 2024, we are operationalizing plants in Thailand and Vietnam. This multi-hub strategy ensures that Danish clients receive consistent supplies regardless of geopolitical shifts in the East Asian region.
Yes. Every material batch destined for the European market undergoes rigorous testing to meet REACH and RoHS standards, ensuring safety for both consumers and the environment.
Absolutely. Our tapered filament manufacturing process allows for micron-level precision in diameter and taper length, catering specifically to medical and surgical brush applications.
